Burrata

I have always liked Creamitalia and have been ordering from them for over a year. However, I feel that they no longer pay proper attention to quality checks and simply dispatch products without ensuring they are in good condition.

If a customer is in an emergency and trusts the brand enough to store the product in the refrigerator without checking it immediately, they may discover the next day that the item was already spoiled. By then, the return window has often expired, which is quite frustrating.

I am also disappointed with their return policy, as it does not seem customer-friendly in situations like these. Because of this experience, I do not plan to order from them again.

Creamitalia really needs to improve its quality control process and reconsider its return policy to provide a better customer experience.

A bit sour this time so a let down plus the cheese sauce was hard n not good

Very nice . Used it to top a pasta made in a red spicy tomato sauce.

This is my first time trying burrata and bocconcini. They both tasted good. Burrata was firm and oozy when cut, bocconcini was super stringy when melted. Tasted awesome.
Now since this is my first time trying these things I am not able to compare with other brand’s offerings.

Great products.
However the Delivery Partner/means needs to be improved greatly.
