Shipping Policy
We ship out your order next day after order confirmation.
- We have a minimum order value of 750/-
- In case the delivery is not completed due to the following reasons - Wrong address provided at booking/ recipient unavailable/ premises locked, the customer shall not be entitled to a refund.
- Since our product is perishable in nature the delivery would be attempted only once and no returns would be accepted under such circumstances nor a refund initiated.
- We Do not dispatch orders on Weekends or Public Holidays neither delivered on these days.

Cheese is a highly perishable food product and is temperature sensitive. Any product being sent outside of Mumbai is packed into a thermocol box with a frozen gel pack to ensure that the product remains in a ambient temperature and good for 48 hours, the maximum duration of time within which the the product is delivered to the customer.
Due to the perishable nature of the products, all sales are final and no refund or exchange will be issued.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
In case where there is a mismatch of products or spoilage we will provide the customer with a replacement or credit note that can be used for future purchase.
Please cross check your order once received and contact us immediately (within 2 hours) if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
